ignite is a hands-on workshop that solves a real problem in your area in just a few days. Your team works alongside a Revert Lead and autonomous agents, from mapping to delivery. By the end, the solution is running and the team knows how to run the next cycles.
Most AI training ends at the concept. The team watches demos and case studies from other companies, gets the certificate and returns to routine with no idea where to start.
ignite starts from the problem your area has today. The team learns AI by applying it: installing the tools, configuring agents and solving a concrete pain during the workshop itself.
The result is a solution in production and a team equipped to build the next ones on its own.
ignite runs in four-hour sessions, totaling 12 to 20 hours. Enough time to go from zero to a working solution, and short enough to fit the schedule of people who operate.
The format is a workbench, not a lecture. The team works, the Revert Lead guides and the agents execute, with everyone involved from the first hour.
The team reaches a common understanding of applied AI, no hype: agent architecture, skills, MCPs and the orchestration cycle. At the workbench, it installs the CLI, creates the first agents and writes skills, applying context engineering and metaprompting to refine behavior. Still in this stage, it runs skill evals to measure consistency and regression, connects MCPs and ends the day with the environment configured and the tools in production.
Recorded and transcribed meetings turn into process diagrams. Every step becomes visible and every identifiable pain is recorded on the map, letting the team see its own operation clearly.
Among the mapped pains, we decide which to tackle based on return. We investigate the ways to solve them and write the PRD, which defines what will be built, followed by the SDD, which defines how it will be built. Professional documentation in the Revert standard.
Development happens together with the agents, inside Revert's resolution framework. The solution is built, tested and delivered. By the end, there is something running and a team ready to repeat the cycle.
It's the same instrument — RevOS — that a Revert Lead uses in continuous operation, condensed so your team learns by doing. What remains after the workshop are skills, documents and a process that stays valid in the routine.
A solution from your operation running by the end of the workshop.
Professionals who installed, created, documented and delivered, and know how to repeat the process.
PRD, SDD and processes that stay with your team.
The capability stays installed in the area, ready for the next cycles.
ignite has already run at a marketing agency, an investment advisory, a credit operation and a technology company, with the next cohorts scheduled. In each operation, people solved problems from their own day-to-day. Much of what came out of it is in production.

It was very didactic and, in just one week, I managed to create two AI agents and I'm on my way to the third. It's a completely different experience from watching a course online, even a live one. This was, by far, the most productive AI course I've ever taken.
For creatives like me there's a certain resistance to understanding a robot, because we work with emotion to create. In the end, you showed that they are partners and additional paths, and we need to take part as advertising professionals. And this is just the beginning!
For executives and high individual-impact talent (HIIC) who want to operate AI within their own processes. Suited to areas with a clear operational pain and the willingness to solve it internally.
